Vintage Kupittaan Savi Two-Tone Ceramic Vase – Finland, Mid-Century

A tall, graphic vase in layered shades of blue, made by Kupittaan Savi in Finland. The form combines a tall base with a rounded upper section, finished in deep cobalt and bright turquoise glazes. At 18 cm tall, it has presence without overwhelming a shelf or table.

Kupittaan Savi was one of Finland’s most influential ceramics producers of the 20th century. Known for both everyday tableware and expressive studio-inspired pieces, the company was especially active in the post-war decades when Finnish ceramics embraced bolder colours and modernist forms.
