Shipping, delivery & pick-up

Packing

We pack like the pros we are. Every item is carefully wrapped, cushioned, and boxed to handle the trip (and we’re not shy about double-boxing when needed).

Branded boxes and packing materials would be cool, but so is keeping things low-impact. This is why we use recycled materials to pack your orders. It might not have our logo on it, but it’s clean, sturdy, and way better for the planet.

Shipping

We ship across Finland. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size and order total, and orders over 100€ ship free. We aim to get your order out during the next few working days. Most orders ship with Posti, but if you have a special request, drop us a message - we’ll do our best to make it work.

For Åland deliveries, just get in touch and we’ll sort it out.

We also ship internationally whenever we can. Send us a message with your location and the items you’re interested in, and we’ll get back to you with a shipping quote. Once we’ve confirmed the details, we’ll set up your order manually and send a payment link. We use tracked international shipping whenever it's available. 

Free pick-up

Prefer picking up your order in person? We offer free pick-up from both Karjaa and Helsinki. Just choose your preferred location at checkout.

Stop by during opening hours and say hi! Orders are ready for pick-up within 24 hours.

We deliver to our Helsinki pick-up point about once a week. We'll send you an email when your order is ready for pick-up.

Delivery

We offer free doorstep delivery for selected pieces - mainly furniture and artwork - across Southern Finland. Just get in touch and we’ll figure out the best way to get it to you.
