Packing

First things first: We pack like the pros we are. No shortcuts. These pieces have made it this far — we’re not about to be the weak link. Every item is carefully wrapped, cushioned, and boxed to handle the trip (and we’re not shy about double-boxing when needed).

Branded boxes and packing materials would be cool, but so is keeping things low-impact. This is why we use recycled materials to pack your orders. It might not have our logo on it, but it’s clean, sturdy, and way better for the planet. Thanks for riding with the reuse.

Shipping

We ship anywhere in Finland. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery method, location, and payment option. We aim to get your order out by the next working day. If things get a little busy on our end, give us 3–4 business days just in case. Most orders ship with Posti, but if you have a preferred carrier or special request, just drop us a message — we’ll do our best to make it work.

We also ship internationally whenever possible! Since our items vary in size and weight, international shipping costs aren’t calculated at checkout. Instead, just send us a message with your location and the items you’re interested in, and we’ll get back to you with a shipping quote as soon as possible. Once we’ve confirmed the shipping cost, we’ll set up your order manually and send a payment link. We use tracked international shipping whenever we can.

Free pick-up

Prefer picking up your order in person? We offer free pick-up from both Karjaa and Helsinki. Just choose your preferred location at checkout.

Orders are ready for pick-up within 24 hours. Stop by during opening hours and say hi!

Helsinki – Nomen Nescio Store
Fredrikinkatu 39, 00120 Helsinki
Open Mon–Fri 12–18, Sat 11–17

We deliver to our Helsinki pick-up point every Monday. Orders are ready from 15:00 on the next Monday after your order is placed. If you order before Sunday at 18:00, we’ll get it to Helsinki the next day.

Delivery

We offer free doorstep delivery for larger items (mainly furniture and artwork) to certain locations. Details vary by piece — you’ll find all the info on the individual product pages. If you're unsure or want to check delivery options before ordering, just get in touch.
