Returns & refunds

All our pieces are vintage (or pre-loved) and sold in their current condition - including any signs of wear, fading or minor flaws. We do our best to photograph and describe these details clearly. Please take a close look at photos and descriptions before placing your order, and feel free to reach out with any questions — we’re happy to help.

We want you to love what you find. But if something’s not quite right, returns are possible within 14 days of delivery. Here’s how:

✦ Contact us first before returning an item.
✦ Returns are at the buyer’s expense.
✦ The item must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, with all parts and in its original packaging.
✦ Once we’ve received the item and checked its condition, we’ll issue a refund within 14 days.
✦ Please note: we unfortunately can’t accept returns made after the 14-day window.
