A tall, cylindrical glass vase in a vivid orange tone, with a thick, textured surface that gives it a slightly irregular, almost melted look. A strong mid-century piece with a simple shape and a more expressive finish.

Likely produced in Scandinavia in the 1960s–70s. Looks a lot like the Tangerine Bark Vase by Geoffrey Baxter for Whitefriars, but has slightly different details.

A bold piece that doesn’t need much around it. Works well on its own as a focal point, or with a few stems if you want to soften it slightly.

✦ Height 25 cm, Ø 6 cm
✦ Material: Cased glass
✦ Period: Likely 1960s–70s
Small chip on the inner rim: visible in the last photo, not really noticeable in use. Otherwise in excellent vintage condition.
