Vintage Studio Art Glass Apple

This vibrant hand-blown glass apple is a cheerful piece of late 20th-century studio art glass. It's made from layered red glass with green frit speckling that gives it a lively, almost painterly surface. On top, the maker has added hot-worked green leaves and a soft, twisting stem, all shaped by hand while the glass was still glowing. It’s playful, bright, and heavier than it looks - one of those small objects that instantly lifts the mood of a room.

Signed “Laule” on the base. While the signature is clear, the maker remains unknown. Pieces like this were commonly created in independent glass studios from the 1970s through the 1990s, often signed simply with a first or last name.
