A heavy Danish studio piece by ceramist Preben Brandt Larsen, known for his tactile glazes and sculptural surface textures. This handmade stoneware vase features a speckled matte base layered with rich abstract motifs in dark brown, amber, and olive. The carved surface has a raised, organic flow — both earthy and modern at once.
Likely made in the 1970's at Larsen’s own workshop, this is a strong example of Nordic studio pottery from the era. Clean-lined and understated in form, but full of detail up close. Perfect for dried flowers, small branches, or simply as an accent piece with presence.

NOTE ON THE ARTIST - Preben Brandt Larsen is a Danish studio ceramist whose works are celebrated for their subtle forms and tactile, carved surfaces. His work is part of the Nordic tradition of functional modernism with a handmade edge — each piece unique, rooted in material and process.
