Vintage Serving Set in Hammered Glass - Pertti Santalahti for Humppila, 1970s

A softly sculptural duo from Humppilan Lasi’s Taottu series, made in the 1970s. Thick, blown glass with a forged-style surface ( taottu meaning “hammered”) gives both pieces a tactile, almost brutalist feel — weighty in the hand, with an icy texture that diffuses the light.
The clear glass carries a faint cool tint, typical for Humppila, adding to the frosted look. Originally made for sugar and cream, but they work just as well for snacks, sauces or small desserts.
