A simple turned wood vase by Aarikka, made of solid pine with a soft rounded silhouette and small top opening. The wood grain is beautifully visible, enhanced by a honey-toned finish that has mellowed with time. A lovely example of 1970s Finnish natural material aesthetics.
This vase shows gentle wear from age and use, with minor surface marks — but remains a warm and sculptural object with timeless appeal. Great on its own or with a single dried flower or reed.
