A classic from Finland’s golden age of glass. Designed by Timo Sarpaneva for Iittala, model 2306 reflects the quiet precision of Finnish modernism: clean, balanced, and endlessly functional. The soft purple hue gives the set a subtle, sophisticated tone that works with nearly any table setting.
Produced between 1958 and 1970, these mould-blown bowls showcase Iittala’s craftsmanship at its best. Sarpaneva’s glassware was known for its refined proportions and technical mastery – everyday objects designed to last a lifetime.
Designed for desserts or fruit, but works equally well for small breakfasts or snacks. Will add a touch of mid-century elegance to your table. One bowl still retains its original Iittala sticker.

NOTE ON THE DESIGNER
Timo Sarpaneva (1926–2006) was one of Finland’s leading post-war designers, known for his innovative work in glass, textiles, and industrial design. At Iittala, he helped define modern Finnish glass through pieces that were both sculptural and functional – blending artistry with precision manufacturing.
