A small and sculptural vintage teak vase with classic Scandinavian mid-century vibes. Likely crafted in the 1960s or 1970s, when Scandinavian designers embraced teak for its rich color, durability, and beautiful grain. From tableware to furniture, teak became a symbol of modernist design — warm, practical, and timeless. Many of these small wooden objects were handmade or turned in workshops, making each one subtly unique.
This piece has a crack on one side — visible, but not distracting, if you don't mind a bit of lived-in character. Still a lovely object with great form and presence. Perfect with a dried flower or just as a quiet accent on a shelf.
