A rare and stunning piece of mid-century European glass design. This tall decanter pairs a clear, finely blown form with a sculptural stopper and matching base detail finished in deep purple lustre glass. Elegant, bold, and unmistakably modernist.
Decanters like this were designed for serving wine or spirits, combining function with a strong decorative presence. The stopper adds both practicality and drama — preserving what’s inside while transforming the piece into a display object. Possibly produced by Krosno in Poland.
