This tall, quietly striking hand-painted vase by Finnish ceramic artist Okki Laine was made by Kupittaan Savi in the 1950's. Its rhythmic black-on-white pattern feels both modernist and folkloric, with a textile-like geometry that reflects Laine’s gift for blending tradition and abstraction. A matte surface and elegant silhouette give it a serene, sculptural presence.
A classic example of mid-century Finnish ceramics and a real gem for any collector of Nordic design.

We ship mostly with the Finnish Post Office, but please contact us if you prefer another option.

Pick up your order from our pick-up point at Nomen Nescio during their opening hours. We deliver orders to Helsinki every Monday, so your order will be ready for pick-up at 15:00 on the next Monday after we've received your order. Orders placed on Sunday before 18:00 can be delivered to our pick-up point during the next day.
