A full set of six deep plates from Arabia’s Rypäle series, designed by Raija Uosikkinen and produced between 1969–1973. The pattern features a stylized grapevine motif in soft grey, wrapping around the rim in a playful-meets-orderly rhythm typical of Uosikkinen’s graphic style. Clean white porcelain base, glossy glaze.
These plates have a lovely everyday elegance — practical, cheerful, and quietly collectible. All six are in excellent condition with only light signs of use.

NOTE ON THE DESIGNER - Raija Uosikkinen (1923–2004) was one of Arabia’s most beloved decorators. A trained graphic artist, she brought a strong illustrative style to mid-century Finnish ceramics, best known for her work on the Kalevala and Helsinki wall plates, as well as decorative tableware like Rypäle. Her designs remain sought after for their clean lines, charming motifs, and timeless graphic appeal.
