Beautifully understated and quietly graphic - Arabia’s Saara series is all about timeless everyday elegance. This large serving plate features a soft grey center framed by hand-painted stripes in deep inky blue and earthy brown, giving it a distinctly modernist feel.
Designed by Anja Jaatinen-Winqvist in the 1970s, Saara reflects the era’s pared-back modernism with just the right amount of warmth. At 33 cm, this plate is ideal for serving and bringing calm sophistication to the table.

Anja Jaatinen-Winqvist (b. 1934) worked at Arabia from the 1960s to the 1980s, creating patterns and forms known for their clarity and balance. With Saara, she combined graphic decoration with everyday functionality, offering tableware that feels timeless and contemporary even today.
