A luminous hand-blown glass bowl from La Verrerie de Biot, France — a classic example of the studio’s celebrated bulles technique. Air bubbles are intentionally captured within warm amber glass, creating a shimmering underwater effect that feels both organic and modern. The square form curves softly at the edges, giving it a rhythm that looks stunning from every angle.
Made in the 1970s in the glassmaking village of Biot near Antibes, each piece was formed by hand and signed BIOT on the base. These bowls have become design icons of southern French craftsmanship - timeless, sunlit, and effortlessly elegant.
